We are real, working rockers
We are working musicians, performing, touring, recording, and booking every day in Austin and across the country with our band FULL SERVICE. The band has done three national tours, performed at SXSW, the Pecan St. Festival, The Austin Reggae Festival, on KLBJ 93.7FM, Austin's ME-TV and Public Access TV, and all the best live music venues in Austin including Stubb’s, Antone’s, and the Flamingo Cantina. FULL SERVICE has released five albums, three of them with platinum-producers. They are members of the Austin Indie Alliance, and have been featured in the Austin Chronicle, The Austin American Statesman, The Edge Magazine, INSite Magazine, Iungo Magazine, The Tallahassee Democrat, the Boston Globe, The New Times SLO, and many, many other publications. |

Experience Teaching and Playing
We have 15 years experience with our respective instruments and tons of experience teaching. Dave has been giving drum lessons since he was in high school, and has supported himself financially (when the band is not on tour) with freelance drum lessons while living in Austin. After graduating from college, Tim was a Middle School History and Music teacher at Kingswood-Oxford School (Hartford, CT) for two years before moving to Austin to start the band. He has also given private guitar lessons to his middle school students, his friends, and family. |

We both play drums AND guitar, and our studio is set up for a full band
Taking lessons at our studio – where there is equipment set up for a full band with guitar amps, percussion, a bass amp, drums, and a vocal PA system – gives the student the opportunity to jam with other instruments. Tim and Dave are both able to play drums, bass, guitar, percussion, and sing. Having both learned their instruments through constantly jamming with each other, they believe that the best way to learn is to play with other people. Taking lessons at the Full Service studio gives the student that opportunity. |

 Recording |
We can record student's compositions
Taking lessons in our studio also gives the student the opportunity to make rough recordings of his or her music to take home. This is especially helpful when students are working on their own compositions. The Full Service studio is equiped to make rough, digital recordings of band practices. With a push of the "record" button, we can record a composition that a student has made. Mixing and burning the song to a CD is also possible, all for a nominal fee. |

We are college educated
We both had to promise our parents that we would get our college degrees before we ran off to pursue our dreams of rock stardom. Tim graduated Manga Cum Laude from Amherst College (Amherst, MA) in '00 with a degree in American History where he also started FULL SERVICE as a sophomore and played second base on the varsity baseball team. Dave graduated in '03 from Yale University with a degree in American Studies. He performed with FULL SERVICE as an undergrad and also participated in several Yale student jazz groups. |
